Jeff has been in the Information Technology Profession for over fifteen years. Prior to founding VTI, he spent over twenty years
at Comdisco, Inc., a major leasing company in the Chicago area, in the Corporate Information
Services, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources Departments. During his tenure Jeff worked closely
with all levels of corporate management where he used his results oriented attitude, strong organizational,
multitasking and management skills to ensure a smooth delivery of each project. Jeff has an extensive
background in project management, analysis, design, coding, implementation and maintenance of software applications.

Roger has spent the past thirty years as a member of the Information Technology Profession. During this time Roger has spent twenty years as Vice President
Sales and Marketing for Comdisco, Inc. a major leasing company in the Chicago area. Prior to that, he was
Director and Chief Information Officer for a local manufacturing company. In addition he was President of
the Data Processing Management Association serving two terms from 1983-1985. The DPMA has been renamed as
the Association of Information Technology Professionals of which Roger is currently a member.
